Hen has been a leading expert in personal training and online health and fitness coaching over 9 years, currently an IFBB PRO bikini athlete climbing up her ranks in the professional league. She's a co-founder of The Gym Lounge Ltd and TGL management and her key aspect is managing commercial sites with her extensive experience as a coach and as an athlete. She's a driving force within The Gym Lounge. Her pivotal role is also managing the technical solutions and systems that deliver world class client experience to all members across all sites.

Director, Manager & Head of Fitness
Terry's primary responsibilities at TGL management include business development, overseeing the maintenance and management departments, designing and consulting on various client projects. A values-driven professional, he also supports personal trainers and fitness instructors in delivering high class service across all sites.
